Creamy Tomatillo Dressing

Cafe Rio's Creamy Tomatillo Dressing copycat.  This is the best dressing!  You can't have a true Cafe Rio meal without it.

Creamy Tomatillo Dressing
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
3 tsp. ranch dip mix powder (I use Uncle Dan's)
2 tsp. garlic, minced
3 small tomatillos, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
     Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.  It takes a couple of minutes to finely chop the cilantro and tomatillos.
