Homemade Tartar Sauce

The fish is easy, just flour and pan fry a nice filet of tilapia or whatever you prefer.  Squeeze a little lemon on top and it's done.  The REAL goodness is in the tartar sauce.  Forget the fish!  Grab a spoon and chow down!  It's that yummy!  :)

Tartar Sauce
3 large dill pickles, finely chopped or minced
1 small white onion, finely chopped or minced
1 cup mayo
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
   Mix together.  That's it!  No chemicals, no preservatives, so much better than anything in a jar!
